On behalf of The Village Royal Association Board of Directors and the other homeowners of The Village of Royale we welcome you to our community. Over the coming months we look forward to meeting you, whether it be walking around the property, at the pool, or at a community activity.
The operation of your homeowners association is governed by a board of volunteer directors. The five Board members are elected on a staggered basis by the community. Elections are held at the annual homeowners meeting in January. The Board is responsible for overseeing the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association, and for maintaining members’ compliance with the established rules and regulations. Please take the time to read through the Declarations, Bylaws and Rules and regulations you received during the home purchase process. Copies are available on the community website. There are regular Board meeting, held on Tuesdays, at the community clubhouse during the winter season (January-March). All homeowners are invited.

Carolina management is our contracted property management company. Our Property Manager, Wayne can be reached at 561-968-2182 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or after hours weekends at 561-281-7941 or via email at email@example.com if should be contacted regarding any service issues in regards to community property, any apparent violations of rules and regulations , and for any questions about your homeowner dues and assessments.
As a homeowner, you may already have some ideas on how you’d like to improve your property. Please keep in mind, the Association has an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) to help maintain the quality of our neighborhood. Its function is to evaluate the plans for all exterior work in order to ensure compliance with all covenants, restrictions and guidelines. The purpose of this review is to protect our scenic environment and maintain the value of our complex. Modifications to the exterior of your condo and property must be submitted to the Carolina management for approval before any work begins. If work is started without prior approval, the homeowner may be required to alter or remove the changes.
